- June 1947
- Eizaburo Abe founded the privately owned Eiwa Shoten in Nishi-ku, Osaka and began selling marine instruments and engine parts.
- June 1948
- The company was reorganized into a joint-stock company, Eiwa Seiki Co., Ltd., was established.
- October 1951
- Sales of pressure gauges etc. commenced.
- September 1952
- Eiwa Seiko Co., Ltd. is established as a sales company for direct consumers.
- October 1952
- Received permission from the Governor of Osaka Prefecture to sell measuring instruments.
- October 1956
- Established Futaba Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (now Futaba Tech Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary) for the purpose of manufacturing our own products.
- May 1959
- Opened the Tokyo Sales Office (now the Tokyo Head Office) in Minato-ku, Tokyo.
- December 1969
- Opened Oita Sales Office in Oita City, Oita Prefecture.
- March 1970
- Opened the Kashima Sales Office in Kamisu City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
- October 1970
- Merged with Eiwa Seiko Co., Ltd. and changed the company name to Eiwa Seiko Co., Ltd.
- February 1980
- Obtained permission from the Governor of Osaka Prefecture for general construction work related to machinery and equipment installation work.
- July 1981
- Obtained a ministerial license for general construction work for the installation of machinery and equipment.
- April 1987
- The company name was changed to EIWA CORPORATION.

- The company name of current consolidated subsidiary Futaba Seisakusho Co., Ltd. was changed to Futaba Tech Co., Ltd., and the Futaba Tech Co., Ltd. head office and factory location was moved from Nishinari-ku, Osaka City to Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture.

- Acquired all shares of Icon Co., Ltd. and made it a consolidated subsidiary.
